RESULTS!! (Updated October 13, 2022)
The results are in and we have exceeded our goals!! Over the last 3 months we have accomplished the following:
- We gathered 68,813 total items!
- 45 drives held and 2,559 bags collected!
- 2709 Amazon items donated.
- 1,081 packs filled.
- 100 5k participants.
- 652 pairs of sneakers funded.
- $36,890 in monetary donations.
Thank YOU for all you have done to support children in need. Because of you children have started the school year, confident and ready to learn.

The next 2 months are the most important time for Catie’s Closet.
Over the next 2 months we will:
- Prepare 115 closets to welcome students back to school
- Fill 1,000 urgent orders during the last 2 weeks of August
We will need 60,000 items = 12 bus loads of clothing, school supplies and toiletries!

Run Our Virtual 5K: Our virtual 5K is back again this year from September 18-October 2! Registration is $30 per participant, which funds the purchase of brand-new sneakers for a child in need. Run as an individual, as a team with your family, friends or company! Visit our 5K website to register, set up your team and fundraisers, and more!
Host a Drive and Shop Amazon: This continues to be the core of our Fill the Bus campaign. We provide a digital flyer and donation boxes – all you need to do is spread the word to your community or throughout the office. At the end, we help schedule the drop off or pick up of the items. Our Amazon Wish lists are also available to purchase from. Contact us to start the process of hosting your drive.
Buy a Confidence Pack: Your company can purchase Confidence Packs, which are specifically designed to address our most urgently requested needs. Shop the items yourself and have a packing event, or fund their purchase. Learn more about the five different packs we offer and get your shopping list.
Sponsor the Need: You can also sponsor our most urgently needed products to help guarantee sufficient inventory for the upcoming school year. We offer a variety of sponsorship levels that are designed to maximize impact in numerous ways, from making specific products immediately available to students or supporting our Emergency Order system that helps displaced students get back to school after a crisis. You can also Adopt a School, which supports the inventory needs of one of our 120+ existing Closets for the entire school year. Let’s become partners and make a difference together.
